Please choose what kind of question you want to ask on the EconDesk site:
EconMail: Ask questions via e-mail.
EconChat: Ask questions via internet chat.
EconPhone: Call us on the telephone.
EconVisit: Make an appointment for an individual introduction to literature search. We advise you in the ZBW in Hamburg or Kiel on the search for literature on your topic from economics or business practice.
If you want to contact EconMail, EconChat or EconVisit, please fill in the form on the chosen site. Filling in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory. All other fields can be left blank. Before sending us your request, please read the terms and conditions of EconDesk and check the box in front of “I have read the terms and conditions including information on data protection and I agree to them.”. EconDesk can only process your questions if this box is checked.
The feedback form allows you to send us your comments concerning the use of EconDesk. Furthermore you can complain if our answers were unsatisfactory or insufficient. Please fill in at the least the field “message” and send us your feedback with the button “send”. If you fill in the field “e-mail address”, we will be glad to reply to your feedback.
Please note: If you want to complain about an answer, please supply the question ID, so we can find the question in our system. You will find the question ID in the subject line of your e-mail from EconDesk.
All questions you send to EconDesk via e-mail or chat are answered via e-mail (after a chat you get the chat transcript via e-mail). Unfortunately some e-mail services interpret e-mails of EconDesk as spam e-mails (e-mails with advertisements or similar) and sort them into the spam folders of mailboxes automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation about putting a question immediately after sending it or an answer from EconDesk, please check the spam folder of your e-mail account.
