Data protection notice

Your questions are saved for 90 days on a secure server in the USA and will then be anonymized or deleted. Your name and your e-mail address will only be deleted at your request. Please send us an e-mail in this case. Of course your e-mail address will not be given to commercial institutions or marketing companies. You are free to use pseudonyms when you consult EconDesk.

Complaints

If one of your questions has not been answered to your satisfaction, please make your complaint within 21 days of receiving the answer. There is a feedback form available on the website to lodge your complaint. In order to process your complaint it is necessary that you supply the ID number of your question. You can find it in the subject line of the e-mails sent by EconDesk.
