Printing and copying facilities

Network printers

In the ZBW in Hamburg you can print out online documents, including articles from elctronic journals and contents from databases for which the ZBW has a user’s license. The print-outs will be paid for by debiting a cash card.

Photocopiers

You will find photocopiers for your use in the reading room. A cash card is required which can be bought and re-charged from a teller machine on site.

Please take note that sections from bound newspapers may only be copied by our staff in order to protect the fragile material. In such cases please contact the information desk. They will have articles from bound newspapers scanned and printed out according to your order.

Microfilms and microfiches can be read and copied on the reader-printers at your disposal.
