

Please check that you have entered the login and password correctly. Use upper and lower cases exactly as they have been given to you by subito. Please remember that both login and password must not contain blanks.
Check the settings in your browser. Usually you can find and change these settings under menu items like Extras and Settings. Under Settings you should be able to activate FTP passive mode.
If in doubt, ask your IT division which settings you need to enable FTP passive mode using an internet connection by proxy server.
If your institution has installed firewall protection that will not admit FTP, we recommend that you choose delivery in another format (see below). If your private PC has firewall protection installed (through a WINDOWS programme package or any other software product), you can reconfigure it to admit FTP from our server.
