• Processing time will be 3 business days at most. Express service is not available from the subito Library Service.
• The ZBW participates in the central regulation for the invoicing of your orders. subito will write single or collective invoices, according to your preference.

• Please take note that for book orders you must pay the postage for the return consignment.
