ECONIS Select – Ägypten

Seit Tagen demonstrieren die Menschen in Ägypten und verlangen den Rücktritt von Präsident Hosni Mubarak. Der Aufstand hat viele Ursachen. Neben den zentralen Forderungen nach Demokratie, Einhaltung der Menschenrechte, Korruptionsbekämpfung und Meinungsfreiheit beklagen viele Ägypter Armut, Arbeitslosigkeit und steigende Preise. Die gut ausgebildete junge Generation sieht keine Zukunftsperspektiven.
