ECONIS Select BWL – Closed-loop supply chains: nachhaltiger Materialkreislauf für Rohstoffe, Geräte und Gerätekomponenten

Eine geplante Änderung der WEEE EU-Richtlinie (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) zur Verbesserung der Altgeräteverwendung rückt betriebliches Recycling im Kontext einer globalen Kreislaufwirtschaft in den Vordergrund.

Das Konzept der closed-loop supply chain beinhaltet eine möglichst effiziente Schließung der betrieblichen Materialkreisläufe, um zum Beispiel wertvolle Rohstoffe oder hochwertige Gerätekomponenten wieder in den Produktionsprozess einfließen zu lassen.

Ergänzend werden im Rahmen der reverse logistics optimale Strategien für das betriebliche Retourenmanagement erarbeitet.
