Are you the publisher of a scientific journal and would like to switch to a diamond open access model?

Diamond Open Access means that no author fees or reader fees are charged. The production costs of OLEcon journals are financed by the ZBW and a consortium of academic libraries.

Do you know any publishers who would like to publish their journal in Diamond Open Access? Or are you the publisher of an academic journal related to economics and would like to switch to Diamond Open Access, or are you planning to launch a new journal in Diamond Open Access?

Then apply for funding for your journal from the OLEcon financing consortium.

Expressions of interest can be submitted until 27 February 2026 at olecon@zbw.eu.
