Register online for your ZBW user card!

Register for a free ZBW user card now and start ordering your books from the library. You will receive an email with your access information as soon as your data has been processed.

We will process your request from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. (CET). Afterwards, please identify yourself at the Service Desk in Hamburg or Kiel and receive your valid ZBW user card.

Order your items online and pick them up at the loan desk of your chosen branch (Kiel or Hamburg).
